 Account Manager



Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries.
Monitor sites, social media networks for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube)).
Stay current with social media trends and tools.
Continue to refine and define social marketing process.
Work with community managers to create a solid branding message that’s reflected across marketing materials, social media content and shared by employees.
Provide customers with relevant technical advice.
Analyze customer-initiated conversations.
Liaise with client’s marketing, sales and contact center teams as needed.
Monitor online competitor presences and perceptions.
Identify new social media trends.
Provide day-to-day supervision and execution of client campaigns including (and not limited to) social media channel and community management, content creation, promotions, online events, etc.
Ensure consistency of messages across multiple networks.
Serve as key day-to-day implementation manager for brands and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Understand basic research techniques and methodologies and use them to support development/execution of client campaigns.
Be able to cover Community Manager positions if absent
Any other task requested by the manager.
